We ship only to the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days. Ria & Rocco is a small operation and does all of its shipping and receiving in house. Ria & Rocco ships orders Monday-Friday (except holidays and weekends). Tracking numbers are provided for each order. Please note that Ria & Rocco can't guarantee delivery dates. Ria & Rocco is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

If an item you purchased is not listed as FINAL SALE on our website, you can return or exchange an item within 2 business days that you received the item. We offer money back, not including shipping unless there is a defect in the purchased item. Please note RIA & ROCCO are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. Proof that item was shipped is available through copy of the shipping receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at: shop@riaandrocco.com and write in the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE. Please follow the steps below to make the return or exchange:

1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

2. Mail your return. We will provide the return mailing address when you email us at: shop@riaandrocco.com

3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Thank you.

Instructions for cleaning the garment: The best way to keep the screen printed colors in great shape is to turn the garment inside out and wash it in cold water on a delicate and gentle cycle to prevent shrinking. Then, hang and let air dry or tumble dry low to prevent color from fading on the artwork & fabric.
