Who is RIA & ROCCO? When graphic designer Prances Torres set up shop in the beautiful mountains of Bozeman, Montana, she chose to name her boutique line after her beloved niece & nephew because her imaginative artwork is just like them — playful, lovable, and full of fun! With bold custom colors and adorable original characters, each greeting card, tea towel, limited edition print, T-shirt, and baby or pet outfit is thoughtfully screen printed by hand, one at a time, for a truly unique product to treasure.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP & WHEN WILL THE ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship only to the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority) and your order will arrive in 5-10 business days. Ria & Rocco is a small operation and does all of its shipping and receiving in house. Ria & Rocco ships orders Monday-Friday (except holidays and weekends). Tracking numbers are provided for each order. Please note that Ria & Rocco can't guarantee delivery dates. Ria & Rocco is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

PLEASE NOTE that ALL SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. If an item you purchased is not listed as FINAL SALE on our website, you can return or exchange an item within 2 business days that you received the item. We offer money back, not including shipping unless there is a defect in the purchased item. Please note RIA & ROCCO are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. Proof that item was shipped is available through copy of the shipping receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at: shop@riaandrocco.com and write in the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE. Please follow the steps below to make the return or exchange:

1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

2. Mail your return. We will provide the return mailing address when you email us at: shop@riaandrocco.com

3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Thank you.

HOW DO I CLEAN TEA TOWEL & GARMENT?

Wash in cold water on a delicate and gentle cycle to prevent shrinking. For the shirts, please turn inside out before washing in cold water. Then, tumble dry low to prevent color from fading on the artwork & fabric.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

We are very busy with designs that we create for ria & rocco and don't have available time for custom orders.
